By accessing oglandman.com or using any OGLandman product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or products.

OGLandman provides software for oil & gas landmen and mineral buyers, including Scout (an acquisition CRM), a free TRRC Permit Tracker, and an oil & gas M&A directory. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of any data you upload to Scout. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. The Permit Tracker and M&A Directory contain publicly available information compiled by OGLandman.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel at any time — cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. OGLandman is not a legal or financial advisor — any content, estimates, or analysis provided by the service is for informational purposes only and should not be relied on as legal, tax, or investment advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OGLandman's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid to OGLandman in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
