We collect information you provide directly: account details (name, email, company), data you input into Scout CRM (owner records, deal information, call logs), and usage data (pages visited, features used). We do not collect information from third-party sources.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve OGLandman services, communicate with you about your account, send product updates and security notices, and generate aggregate usage analytics. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We maintain automated backups with redundancy. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, your data is available for export for 7 days, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems within 14 days.
6. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings. You may export all your data in CSV format. You may request complete account deletion by contacting us.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
