1. Overview
To run our free tools, we use a small set of established service providers (subprocessors) that process data on our behalf. We share only what each provider needs to perform its function, under contracts that require them to protect your data. This page lists our current subprocessors. Payment, AI, and document-conversion providers were removed from this list on 27 July 2026 when Scout was withdrawn; none of them process data for us today. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data overall.
2. Infrastructure and Data Storage
- Supabase: primary database and file storage. Holds the public-record datasets the tools publish (permits, transactions, county records) and any email address you have given us. United States.
- Vercel: application hosting and content delivery for our websites and app, and cookieless Vercel Web Analytics. United States.
3. Email Delivery
- Resend: delivers notification email, such as the weekly county permit digest and replies to contact-form enquiries. United States.
4. Changes to This List
We may add or replace subprocessors as the Services evolve. When we do, we will update this page. Where a Data Processing Agreement is in place, we will provide advance notice of a new subprocessor as that agreement requires, giving you an opportunity to object.
